A day in the life of a Transaction Technician

Working remotely, you start the day by grabbing a nice cup of coffee before logging on to your computer. The first task of the morning is checking the inbox and handling e-mails that you receive from our advisors. Throughout the day, you also help with indexing Workflow requests, beneficiary changes and provide excellent client experience while communicating with advisors. You don’t mind the work from home life and you’re able to adapt to it, helping the team develop new ways of moving forward, while sharing your ideas to help increase efficiency.
