By creating an account you accept these terms. Read at least the first and third sections: they cover what this app is, and what is not allowed.
Canada Talents shares the experience of a community of French-speaking talents who have settled in Canada. The guides, videos, quizzes and discussions are information, not professional advice.
They do not replace a lawyer, a regulated immigration consultant, an accountant or a financial adviser. Immigration processes, deadlines and tax rules change and depend on your situation. Always check the official source before acting — we link to them in the guides.
One account per person, with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 16.
You keep ownership of what you write. You allow us to display it in the app to other members.
The following are strictly prohibited and removed without notice:
— harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech;
— scams, fraud, fake housing or job offers, and any request for money;
— presenting yourself as a regulated immigration consultant or legal professional when you are not;
— posting someone else's personal information;
— advertising, solicitation and repetitive content.
This community is for people settling in a new country, who are frequently targeted by fraud. We apply this list strictly.
Any member can report content or block another member from within the app. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically pending review. We review reports and may remove content, warn, or close an account.

The app is free. A paid membership may be offered later; it will be sold on our website and its terms shown before any payment.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep information correct and current but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a decision made on the basis of content in the app.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Canada, without prejudice to mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
