Our presentations will provide useful tips on job search, work-related issues, and Canadian culture. A specialist keynote speaker will give a presentation and facilitates a discussion with the audience.

It is also a time to brainstorm ideas, share experiences, and learn from each other. At the end of the event, people are encouraged to nurture their network in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Volunteers will be present at each event to answer your questions.

This CONNECTWorking will be on ''Sell your personality during your job search''

Your best asset to crush your next job interview is your personality!

Convincing a recruiter that you're the best fit for his company when you're a newcomer can be a struggle...They can't rely on your studies or your European experiences. So how show them that you're their best option? What if you already had everything to succeed any Canadian job interview? The secret recipe? Just two simple words: SOFT SKILLS.

Join us on Tuesday, March 6th and learn to make the difference for your next interview. To empower you and share her magic tricks Marion GOURVEST, Talent Acquisition Manager at IPN Brainpower Consulting will be our speaker for this session.

As usual our monthly CONNECTWorking is the perfect moment for French Speaker in Vancouver to gather and network. We acknowledge that Vancouver is a multicultural place, unfortunately this event will be presented only in French.

We welcome members of the French community from all over the world, newcomers, and workers, and invite them to learn about a work-related topic. A specialist keynote speaker usually gives the presentation and facilitates a discussion with members of the audience.
