We establish groups no larger than 20 individuals. This ensures that each member of Le Village has the opportunity to get to know one another and have the means to build meaningful long-lasting connections and relationships.

Individuals calls

Twice a month, you will have the opportunity to schedule a 30 minute call with one of our team members. Each call you will be given the opportunity to review your professional goals and monitor your professional progress. Our team holds you accountable to your goals to ensure your success!

Group sessions

Once a month, we gather via Zoom in a one-hour session with an industry expert to discuss an aspect of business. The approach and discussions are curated to meet the needs of your group. Each month a new expert joins us to share their knowledge, insights and experience to support your career development and challenges you may face in the future.

Private channel

When you join Le Village you will receive premium access to a private communication channel to discuss and share your thoughts, challenges and successes. This is a safe-space communication tool to bounce ideas off one another to aid in your growth and learn together as a group.
